Most homes For Sale in San Diego are listed by a Realtor in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a negotiated commission of 5% or 6%. This commission is typically divided 50/50 between the Realtor representing the Seller and the Realtor representing the Buyer (that would be Apple Realty representing you).
We operate with low overhead and marketing costs, and by letting you do the legwork in finding your home. Because of this, we retain only 1% commission on the selling price. That will normally leave an extra 1½% to 2% that we rebate to you!
